At Chirag World, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Please note that we currently do not accept returns or refunds for reasons related to size, fit, or personal preference, as most of our pieces are made with specific measurements and limited quantities. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for any form of review. We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet these conditions.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end.
